Over eight years and 36 programs, around 250 startups came through. I wrote down what happened in every one of them. Not because anyone asked, but because the pattern was the only thing worth keeping.
This is what I found: what the ones that worked had in common, what the ones that failed had in common, and the parts where I was wrong about which was which.
